Garden Apartments - Mars, PA
126 Unit Apartment Building. On this project, we completed the excavation of the foundation, which is part of our extensive experience in both commercial excavation and residential excavation. We also performed all the site work associated with this project.
Doggie Day Care - Mars, PA
The project involved extensive commercial excavation of the hillside. We also altered and relocated the parking lot, added 7 catch basins, and connected them using DOT concrete oval pipe, similar to our other completed projects in the area. Additionally, our team has experience in residential excavation, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout.
Harvest Baptist Church - Natrona Heights, PA
This project included a 100,000 sq ft addition to the church, showcasing our expertise in commercial excavation. Along with completing the excavation of the new addition's foundation, we also completed 3 new parking lots, a road, the installation of catch basins, the installation of 18” pipe, and new retention ponds. Additionally, the building site was cleared, rain conductors were installed, and any other necessary site work was performed, contributing to our portfolio of completed projects in both commercial and residential excavation.
